Gratitude And QiGong: A Daily Practice

“Gratitude does not change the scenery, it merely washes clean the glass you look through so you can see clearly.”

Margie Hare, owner of Nature Health  and our loved, QiGong expert, shares with you a daily Qi Gong practice that enables you to bring the energy and intent of gratitude into your life.

A few simple things to assist you to cultivate an attitude of  gratitude:

  1. Say  “thank you” or “I appreciate it ” often everyday with grace and sincerity for a simple kindness,
  2. Perform thoughtful actions,
  3. Start a gratitude journal,
  4. Let someone know how much you appreciate them.

Margie Hare, is passionate about inspiring people to take charge of their health naturally.

More than 20 years ago she became fascinated by Qigong, the ancient form of Chinese healing, which was little known in Australia. This completed her lifelong search for a way of life that combines healing and principles for living. It is called the Qigong lifestyle. Qigong combines movement breathing and mind intention together to bring balance and harmony to the body.

Since graduating as a certified Qigong teacher in the Tiandi Qigong school and had the honour of touring with Master Zhao, attending master classes in China twice, Margie teaches Qigong at numerous parks around Sydney.

Margie feels that Qigong is the cornerstone of health, wellbeing and anti-aging. “No matter where in the world I am, I have the tools to fulfill my life’s mission. I am here to encourage and share with as many people as possible the different ways to take charge of their health naturally.”
