Margie Hare – Qigong: Warm Up Shake exercise technique for relaxation and calming the mind

Margie Hare, is passionate about inspiring people to take charge of their health naturally.

More than 20 years ago she became fascinated by Qigong, the ancient form of Chinese healing, which was little known in Australia. This completed her lifelong search for a way of life that combines healing and principles for living. It is called the Qigong life style. Qigong combines, movement breathing and mind intention together to bring balance and harmony to the body.

Since graduating as a certified Qigong teacher in the Tiandi Qigong school and had the honour of touring with Master Zhao, attending master classes in China twice, Margie teaches Qigong at numerous parks around Sydney .

Margie feels that Qigong is the cornerstone of health, wellbeing and anti-aging. No matter where in the world I am, I have the tools to fulfill my life’s mission. I am here to encourage and share with as many people as possible the different ways to take charge of their health naturally.

Margie will often be sharing her love for Qigong in our Embrace Life Festivals, with our next one being held at Dee Why RSL, Saturday 26 November.

In this video, Margie Hare demonstrates how to perform a great Qigong warm up body shaking exercise technique for all ages for relaxation and calming the mind.
