So what can you experience at an Embrace Life Festival?

OM Cafe

Immerse yourself in the reflective, soulful and healing performances within the OM Cafe, situated on the ground level.

The program will include sound healing, yoga, meditations, instrumental music and crystal bowls.

In times of stress, low immunity or an emotional setback, sound healing has been known to offer very beneficial and soothing effects and we have brought together some amazing healers, yoga and meditation teachers for you to connect with throughout the day.

Mantra Stage

We open up the festival on the Mantra Stage with a Welcome to Country by Aunty Barbara, honouring the elders of the land and asking for their blessing for the day. Once the program begins it is filled with local musicians, performers, drumming, dancing, singer/songwriters and choirs.

We are all about celebrating locals through music and this program is a selection of Illawarra’s finest performers and sound healers.

Informative Workshops

With such diverse workshops that are full of wonderful insights around connection. Topics range from creating the family life you want, to conscious parenting, the healing power of your voice, to meditation, intuitive development and even channeling.

Each inspiring workshop host is an expert in their field, and they are looking to connect with you on the day.

Wellness Exhibitors, Wellness Treatments and Intuitive Readings

This festival will have 50+ wellness exhibitors ranging from wellness businesses, natural health products, organic skin care, personal courses, books, oracle cards and crystals.

We also have connected with local organisations doing amazing work in their community supporting families with Autism, Breast Cancer, the Environment and Refugee Support. If you are interested in who will be available on the day, click here.
