On Saturday 23rd April, 2016 Women with Altitude hosted their 2015/6 Altitude Awards, to celebrate women in business within the Blue Mountains and Western Sydney region.

Deborah Shepherd, Founder of Embrace Life Festivals was a finalist and ultimately awarded two awards:

Change Maker Award, acknowledging a business that is challenging the status quo within an industry, and;

Business Woman of the Year
