Healthy Organic Christmas Cake

Margie Hare shows us how to make an easy fruit Christmas cake the organic and healthy way.

Instructions:

  • 450g of Fruit in the stove
  • 450g pineapple
  • 500g of organic flour
  • Coconut oil
  • 5 free range eggs
  • 1 cup of nuts

Mix thoroughly, and then cook for 40 mins in oven at 180 degrees.
