The feminine essence lives inside of every woman.

We all have a distinct masculine and feminine essence within us, although the balance of masculine and feminine varies from person to person.

When a woman activates her feminine essence, the energy that is in her body around her and she moves differently than when she is in her masculine.

Many women want to make a difference , whether it is in their own lives, the lives of their friends and family, and some want to make a difference by being an example of an inspiring woman who embraces all of who she is, to be really seen and heard.

Learning to relax into all of who we are. To do this we can embody this internal power and learn to balance the masculine and feminine essence in ourselves.

A woman’s personal power and magnetism unfolds when she connects fully with her feminine essence. A magnetic presence and full and open heart.

There is much going on in our world and we are all here to meet the challenges that face us as women and also when we truly step into our presence as women – it also supports the masculine in the men in our lives.

Being a powerful woman also allows us to be vulnerable enough to open out heart and be comfortable with our softness and so we can stop living with a guarded heart .

Another huge effect of being in touch with our feminine presence is that you will get in touch with your “flow” and not having to always constantly push things to happen.

Some women can walk into a room and are noticed instantly. These women have an air of confidence and a magnetic quality about them that is attractive to others and seems effortless.

This woman has presence, an authentic confidence that is based in being in touch with the feminine.

It does not matter what age, shape, size you are, when you finally step fully into your feminine power your life will never be the same. And the way people respond to you will also change .

They will respond to your radiance and when you walk into a room you light it up – your radiance comes from your very being and people will notice you, you will be seen and heard in a different way because you have something to share with others that holds value.

And when you hold your light naturally, you also give others permission to share their light too.

We as women create a sacred space by the quality of our presence by who we dare to be with each other, not by external surroundings.

When you are naturally powerful and feminine, you naturally encourage others to be all of themselves in a way that makes them feel comfortable, rather than intimidated. The world needs more women like this.
