At Embrace Life, and during the season of Winter we get to celebrate the theme of “Nurture and Nourish” within our community and we are offering you the chance to experience one of our wonderful festivals in Penrith on Sunday 31st July.

So what can you experience at an Embrace Life Festival?
OM Cafe
The OM Cafe has been created for you to fully immerse yourself into experiences: be it a yoga class, a meditation or a sound healing, it allows you to bring in a little zen into your day!
To integrate your experiences, you may need time away from the energetic flow of the Emporium, so the dedicated OM cafe is set aside to allow you to take time out, immerse yourself in a sacred and reflective space, and to truly enjoy the yoga class, meditation, music or sound healing you are receiving.

Mantra Stage
Our tagline is “celebrating local through wellness, art and music”. The Mantra Stage is where we celebrate our local musicians, performers, drummers, dancers, singer/songwriters and choirs.

Informative Workshops
From 10am through to lunchtime we will offering our Embrace Families program, with kids yoga, meditations and activities.
Our diverse workshops are also full of wonderful insights, knowledge and connection. Topics range from nutrition, flower essences, detoxing, personal and intuitive development.
We also will be hosting larger yoga classes, meditations and a wonderful sound 
bath in the dedicated workshop areas.
Each inspiring workshop host is an expert in their field, and they are looking to connect with you on the day.

Wellness Exhibitors, Wellness Treatments and Intuitive Readings
This festival will have 50+ wellness exhibitors ranging from wellness businesses, natural health products, organic skin care, personal courses, books, oracle cards and crystals.
We also have connected with the local organisation Blue Mountains and Nepean Cancer Support doing amazing work in their community.
